By accessing or using Evidis ("the Service"), operated by Lost Monster Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Evidis is a software platform that helps construction companies manage evidence documents and respond to procurement tenders. The Service includes document storage, AI-assisted analysis, and tender response tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to Evidis. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5. AI-Generated Content
Evidis uses artificial intelligence to analyse documents and suggest responses. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should always be reviewed by a qualified person before submission. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious files or content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evidis and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
